Commissioner Pat Kemp has over three decades of public service in District 15

As Hillsborough County Commissioner, Pat Kemp:

Championed the preservation of the Upper Tampa Bay Trail and county conservation lands
Increased funding by hundreds of millions for schools and transportation without raising taxes through developer fees
Funded millions for solar panels on public libraries throughout Tampa and Hillsborough County

Pat brings a record of working hard for Floridians and our rights:

Representing 1.5 million citizens as countywide Hillsborough County Commissioner since 2016
Served as chief aide to Congresswoman Kathy Castor when Castor was a Hillsborough County Commissioner
Served as chief legislative aide to Florida State Rep. Sara Romeo
Provided civil legal services for low-income clients at Bay Area Legal Services
